Upper Tucki Tucki Creek Landcare
The Upper Tucki Tucki Creek Landcare group was formed in 2008. Our membership is made up of the many friends of the Richmond Birdwing Butterfly Gully, as well as the local residents and other people interested in the management and protection of the upper Tucki Tucki Creek and the riparian land that surrounds it. We are a Life Member of Richmond Landcare Inc. To become a member, please download our membership form and send it with the membership fees to our Secretary (details below).

Planned activities for 2008
details in the newsletterOur first Creek Walk and Information Session was undertaken on Saturday 9 February 2008. Starting at Holmes Park (playground area near corner of Kadina Street and Oliver Avenue), members were lead by our special guest Phillippe Binetruy along the creek looking at previous and future regeneration sites. The walk culminated in a BBQ. A sunny and successful day was enjoyed by participants. See photo on the right.
Other activities are planned for 3rd May, 9th August and 15th November 2008 (more details to follow)
Participants of the creek walk enjoyed a nice sunny day and heard interesting information from Phillippe Binetruy. Lismore City Council kindly sponsored the meat for the BBQ that followed.
