Richmond Landcare Incorporated (RLI) began in the mid 2000’s to provide support across the Richmond River catchment for Landcare and Sustainable Agriculture. This included supporting the formation of new groups, providing support to existing groups and/or in supporting projects which worked towards natural resource management and sustainable agriculture.
RLI continues to provide Landcare and wider community support through partnerships with local environmental organisations and local government in the Richmond Catchment.
RLI is managed by a committee drawn from representatives of member groups within the network and meets bi monthly on the first Wednesday of the month. RLI is active in its participation in the regional network, North Coast Regional Landcare Network and the state group Landcare NSW.
We recognise that we live and work in a region that is unique in its biodiversity and we work to protect and enhance that biodiversity among all landowners.
