Cultural Connections

Cultural Connections is a learning program developed by Richmond Landcare and delivered with the help of several local Bundjalung community members, Elders, organisations and artists as part of the Caring for Catchments project 2024-2026.
A series of workshops were held to build the cultural competency and knowledge of our local Landcare members, RLI staff, committee and our local community.
We have included video testimonials from some of our attendees from the Aboriginal Sites Awareness Training Workshop and Bus Tour held 18 & 19 November 2025 presented by Ashley Moran from Jargoon Heritage Consultants.

The participants share some of the important cultural learnings they gathered through being part of the workshop and how Bundjalung Traditional Knowledge has changed how they think and feel about our local landscape.
